It gives me great pleasure to thank those who attended the Movie Morning Madness 2008 last Saturday April 12th. Starting with breakfast provided by the famous Bonjour Brioche, guests had time to mingle, enjoy some delicious pastries, coffee and juice then grab a bag of popcorn, and select their seats in the comfortable theatre of the Regent on Mt. Pleasant Road. The pre-screen presentation included the current listings I have in my inventory and other properties that are "Coming Soon" to PropertiesInStyle. My clients love this kind of marketing as it increases the exposure of their property and I can connect more possible buyers to their home.
There were lots of great door prizes including Ballet tickets, Restaurant dinners, Platinum Raptors tickets kindly donated by my mortgage team from The Mortgage Centre, My Fair Lady Tickets kindly donated by Cleanol and Centre Stage home staging, Flat Screen T.V, Family Pass donated by the Loraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People. 
This year we asked our guests to bring along an unwrapped toy in suppport of the Children's Aid Foundation and had a very good response. We accumulated a LOT of toys to donate on my clients behalf. There will be many smiles on the faces of children less fortunate this year.
As the rain trickled down, it made perfect sense to come indoors and watch a movie- this year the Academy Award winning, "Ratatouille". Suprisingly, it was the men who came out with tears in their eyes!
