As you may have noticed the last year or so, that my blog has taken a back seat to other parts of my business of assisting clients buy and/or sell their homes. Alongside providing first class service to these people, I was still in a phase whereby building a solid foundation to my business model was an area I needed to focus on.
Now that I feel Im at a comfortable stage where my business has proven systems in place, and no stone left unturned, I am able to devote some of my time to write, inform and advise on real estate matters that people may find interesting.
It will not only provide information about current market conditions, I will also comment on some of the daily accounts of interesting events I see around our great city.
